cooperative organization between The Oxnard Federation of Teachers (OFT) and
the Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD). The mission of the Trust is to oversee and direct efforts in
order to maintain the best health benefits program affordable for active and
retired employees of the OUHSD. I.
